Children's Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-operating foundation that provides funding assistance for underserved children living in San Diego or Imperial Counties. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. Our Federal Tax ID number is 95-2128344.
Your donation will make a difference. It can help provide food, clothes, shoes, formula, and other health-related emergency needs a child may have. It can provide dental treatment for a child who is living in pain because they have never seen a dentist. It can provide glasses for children who are struggling in school, all because they cannot see well enough. It might help a special needs child obtain equipment that will help them do what other children their age do every day but they cannot. It will make a child’s life so much better.

You can donate by sending a personal check or cashier’s check to Children's Health Foundation, 10531 4S Commons Dr, Suite 166-806, San Diego, CA 92127. Make checks payable to Children's Health Foundation.
Planned Giving
You may wish to contribute to Children's Health Foundation's future with a gift in your will or trust. Including Children's Health Foundation in your will or trust can be a wonderful way to make a legacy gift that could have significant tax benefits for you or those you love.
